jen's paranaque city apartment was a pleasant surprise! the spacious rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the nearby amenities like mcdonald's and 7/11 were convenient. it exceeded my expectations and was much better than my previous stay in manila.

The room had a terrible smell, like smelly feet, which was very unpleasant. there was no water after 10.00pm and it only came back in the morning.

The apartment is situated in a convenient location, with McDonald's, 7/11, mart, and fruit shops right outside the compound. The room is clean and well equipped, with everything from plates, pots, cutlery, water dispenser to washing machine. The balcony is a great plus for smokers. The staff is accommodating and very helpful.

One drawback was the difficulty in finding the person who gives the keys as the business is family-operated. Additionally, one of the apartments we stayed in was a bit outdated, especially the kitchen and bathroom.
